How many times do we find ourselves using the same language when stressed? I do this all the time and after a little experiment getting our kids ready for school, I finally found a creative solution that works in the workplace. This episode discusses the challenges of urgent situation and a simple trick to find powerful language to move things forward when under stress.

Lets face it. Politics have always existed and will always exist within earth dwelling humans. Its a part of life despite the pain and lack of clarity they can create. This episode is all about ways to understand politics so you don't get caught up or caught by politics and some key ideas for managing them and reducing them in your organization.

I have always struggled to create an simpler way to describe how to asses how staff and teams work together and own their work. Yesterday I finally thought of a new way to simplify what so many of us are experiencing but cannot describe easily enough to find a way to identify what is working well and what is not working well. Its a new concept for me and I was excited to share so let me know what you think!
