The 80/20 Principle was first discovered by Vilfredo Pareto after he realized 80% of the land was controlled by 20% of the people. Hmm sound familiar? We think its new when so few have so much wealth but its been happening for years! This principle has been applied to work, leadership, investing, and much more. This episode talks about a strategic way I have been applying this principle in every organization to constantly yield the best results in the non profits I have led. The best part is it is not too difficult and can bring great results to you and your organization.
